I want to encourage any one seeking a Hair Transplant to look at the qualifications of the Surgical Assistants as closely as the would look at the Surgeons. In Many cases, especially with the new automated equipment, most of the work is done by an assistant, with the Doctor only being (On Premise) This is in my opinion, a very Grey Area, The laws governing Medical & Surgical procedures have not been challenged on this to date. But be fully aware of the roll the Doctor and Their Assistants will play in any operation. In a conventional setting the physician will do any thing that requires invading the tissue of the patient, The Dissection of hair, after it is removed from the patient will (in most cases) be performed by the Surgical Assistant. This does not effect the quality of the work, Unless you have a assistant with little experienced or a clinic that sub contracts staff.
